AugurMax: The Global Asset Allocation Strategizer

A joint venture between RisKontroller Global LLC and Bifrost Quest Capital LLC

AugurMax is a global asset allocation strategy that combines an asset bubble identifier with RisKontroller’s optimization tool.  The bubble identifier is called Efficient Crashes Optimizer (ECO) and ECO scores are calculated on an investible universe of equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency indices.  The ECO process essentially quantifies the crash or rally probabilities for any asset.  These scores acknowledge that bullish trends can continue but also show when they’ve gone too far.  The scores also identify market downdrafts and identify when bearish trends have gone too far.  RisKontroller, is the dynamic stochastic optimization engine (RK Optimizer) that simultaneously analyzes historical return paths and probabilistically determines future asset return paths.  Long and short portfolio weights are generated when the two processes are combined (Asset Allocations).  The portfolio is expected to outperform its benchmark whether markets are viewed as overvalued or undervalued.  Portfolio exposures are in highly liquid assets only.  Recent hypothetical results are shown on the Pro Forma Returns tab.
